United States\’ Nationalist Worker’s Party (USNWP)

As a U.S. citizen who swore an oath, multiple times, to defend the U.S. Constitution against domestic and foreign enemies of the United States over a period of thirty five years of employment and, to date, continues to defend said Constitution; it is imperative true citizens entertain establishing a new political party to represent those loyal to the U.S. Constitution; whereas, the \”United States\’ Nationalist Workers\’ Party.\”

At the outset there are those who may be alarmed by the term \”NATIONALIST\” due to the on­going political turmoil in our country; therefore, to alleviate any alarm, the following definition from Webster\’s Encyclopedia of Dictionaries, New American Edition, Copyright 1958: \”one who advocates a policy of national independence.\” Our country\’s form of government is a Constitutional Republic where the people are the government through their elected representatives; however, the following is WIKIPEDIA\’s Simple English definition, dated September 22, 2019: \”A constitutional republic is a form of indirect democracy where the\’ representatives are elected, and the rules are set down in a written constitution. It is often called a \”republic.\”\”

The head of state and other representatives are elected but they do not have uncontrolled power. What they may do is written in the Constitution. If there is dispute about what the Constitution means, a court, which is independent from the politicians, makes a decision.

The Constitution describes how the state may be run. The Constitution limits the power of each officeholder. Constitutional republics usually have a separation of powers. The separation of powers means that no single officeholder gets unlimited power. John Adams said a constitutional republic was \”a government of laws and not of people.\”

Constitutional governance argue is meant to be a safeguard against tyranny. No office holder can get to a position of absolute power. However, some have argued that a constitution can be written in such a way that it lets tyranny arise, and that a constitution is therefore not a fail proof safeguard against tyranny.\”

Another definition of constitutional republic from Conservapedia, dated September 22, 2019, follows: \”A constitutional republic is the current form of government in the United States, which the founders did not *intend to be a democracy. However, in recent years, may people have criticized the federal government for moving away from a constitutional republic, as defined by the Constitution, towards a pure democracy.\”

*Some people assert that a country calling itself a democracy must be engaged in direct ( or pure) democracy, in which the people of a state or region vote directly for policies, rather than elect representatives who make choices on their behalf. People who follow this line of reason hold that the United States is more properly described as a republic, using the following definition of that word: \’a government in which supreme power resides in a body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by elected officers and representatives responsible to them and governing according to law.\”\”

\”A constitutional republic\” is a government created and controlled, at least, by law of a constitution. The Constitution of the United States of America was, in law, a foundation based on the Bible, the Magna Carta and the Declaration of Independence. These documents recognize man\’s sovereignty, the divine nature of man\’s creation and man\’s diving right to Life, Liberty, the means of acquiring and possessing Property, and the pursuit of happiness.\”

OPINION RELATING TO CITED FOUNDING DOCUMENTS

First the Bible: A Palestinian named Jesus born in a province occupied by Romans, as part of the Roman Empire, whose mother allegedly was of the Hebrew tribe of Arabs in the region and like most sons, Jesus adopted her religion formed by the Hebrews. Jesus did not accept many policies/ teachings of the Hebrew religious leaders and rose up against them resulting in a charge of blasphemy and an arrest order.

Rome\’s policy was to allow indigenous citizen groups to run the day to day activities of their cities such as Jerusalem; however, the power of life and death resided with the Roman leader.

Alas, Jesus came to Jerusalem and was arrested by members of the Hebrew sect for the charge of blasphemy and taken before the Roman leader for execution. The Roman leader had no choice but to order said execution to prevent further uprisings in the streets of Jerusalem; initiated by the Hebrews.

Note: as a child, I was instructed into the teachings of Jesus and the constant aggression by the Hebrews. I carried said teachings well into adulthood; however, my travels, like Darwin, and study of the religions and people of the country I was assigned in the military and private travel brought the truth. We are one people evolved from the formation of Earth four and one half billion years ago.

From my six plus years in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East and study of Rome\’s history of Jerusalem, Jesus was a mortal because if he had the powers reported by scribes, the Roman government would have taken Jesus into custody. (Look what our government allegedly did to spaceship wrecked aliens in the 1940s.)

Judaism and Islam are male dominated religions while Christianity is more of equality for all people. The Magna Carta ended the absolute power of the British Royal Family and the Declaration of Independence denounced the British Royal Family\’s rule in the non Canadian North American Colonies establishing our demand for sovereignty as the United States of America. We need a new Declaration of Independence from the U.S. government and Constitutional Amendments and/or enforcement of current Constitution to return to a true form of constitutional republic government.

CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS AND/OR ENFORCEMENT OF CONSTITUTION

1. We should return to the Constitution\’s dictate that members of Congress report to Washington the First Monday in December, accomplish the country\’s business and return to their home districts. Legislators\’ duties should be part-time, not a vocation where the individual may work 98 days per year and with salary, perks, per diem, etc., receives approximately one million dollars per year. The Speaker of the House of Representatives has a Department of Defense (DOD) aircraft to fly wherever.
2. To preserve the nation\’s sovereignty for future generations, Congress must, appoint an independent party, to ascertain through science and true history the existence or not of the GODS OF ABRAHAM. Once a decision is made, Congress through the President will announce, at the United Nations their findings.
3. Congress will void the 1913 Federal Reserve Act, and the U.S. Department of Treasury will become the U.S. Central Bank, responsible for our country\’s finances and debts.
4. Congress will void the private control of the Internal Revenue Service and establish an equitable tax policy for all citizens.
5. Congress will pass laws that end all donations to national candidates; thereby, asking citizens to pay for national campaigns.
6. Congress will void all treaties and obligations to the State of Israel.

 

POLITICAL PARTIES

Regarding political parties, one should be reminded that in 1787 there were no political parties and the U.S. Constitution is silent on political parties. Yes, one could say the parties are necessary since the U.S. Constitution does not authorize monthly volunteer payments by citizens to pay for national elections.

In recent days, Alaska being the latest state, are cancelling their Republican Conventions to deny disenchanted and new Republicans to file to run against Donald J. Trump in the 2020 National Election.

September 22, 2019, we witness Republican Senate Majority Leader refusing House of Representative Bills to advance through the Senate for the President\’s signature -a violation of the United States Constitution. The Senate is controlled by the Republican Party and Republicans were loyal to the U.S. Constitution but with the establishment of an organization known as the \”FAMILY\” and Zionism, both parties have sought the religionist money and votes with today\’s victor being the Republican Party.

The U.S. Nationalist Worker\’s Party allows one to proceed on Kentucky\’s ballot with loyalty to no entity other than the United States of America.

US NATIONALIST WORKER\’S PARTY MEMBERSHIP PREREQUISITES

1. You must be a U.S. citizen whether natural born or naturalized; dual citizenship or dual loyalties will not be accepted; no pre-fix or suffix to U.S. nationality nor identification by a religion; no hyphenation based on past ancestry.
2. You understand and accept the responsibility and duty of a citizen in that you will defend the U.S. Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.
3. You acknowledge our country is unique in that one can travel the fifty stated and territories where one will engage U.S. citizens of every race, religion, and observe the practice of different customs and cultures to the region (Appalachia, Southwest, Northwest, West Coast, New England, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.); however, at the end of the day, we are one people, with a constitutional republic, under one national flag – the Stars and Stripes.

 

UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION – AMENDMENT 1

Freedom of Religion, Speech, and the Press; Rights of Assembly and Petition

Unfortunately, because of generational hand-me-down religious teachings, the First Amendment is the greatest threat to the survival of the United States as a Constitutional Republic and, in my opinion, revealed the cowardice of our founders and current national leaders.

\”Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or right of the people to
peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.\”

Let us look at \”Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.\” With respect, these words were written and approved
more than 243 years ago at a time when the general population were under-educated and didn\’t know what scientist and historians have discovered the last half century:

• The Big Bang Theory reveals the universe is 13. 7 billion years old and from said formation started an evolution process that from life in the oceans and then said early life spread to the newly formed land masses. Then 4.5 billion years from the explosion came earth\’s ability to produce the wonders of life we observe daily.
• Together science and historians have proven that mankind evolved from apes on the African continent and spread throughout the uncivilized world. In fact, with the opening up of Saudi Arabia\’s vast lands, scientists from all fields are beginning to explore the ancient wonders of Saudi Arabia to the point of even finding a 12,000 year old footprint of an individual traveling across Arabia.
• Science and historians question the construction of the alleged Noah\’s Ark and the story alleged with the construction.
• Science and historians deny the biblical story of the Tower of Babel where the population\’s language was changed and moved to other parts of the earth.
• Science has proven the existence of habitable planets outside earth\’s solar system.

 

And, on a personal note, my thirty-five years of employment afforded the opportunities to work and reside with the indigenous in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Bahamas, and, even, the United States. Moreover, these assignments allowed one to learn the customs and cultures and, more important, the religions of the countries employed and, in those countries, where the Gods of Abraham religions are entertained, the goal of the religious entity is to overthrow international governments and assume governance of the world.

Now in all fairness, the learned founders of our great nation knew the goal of the different Abrahamic religions but did not declare citizens could not support Abrahamic Gods, through whatever the mode, knowing said religious sought to overthrow the government of the United States.

For example, the gods of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam declare their goal of return to earth and assuming governmental control of all international governments.

Recently, Christians United for Israel met in Washington, D. C. Vice President Pence attended their meeting, demanding the Israeli forcefully take over the AI-Aqsa Mosque, in Jerusalem. Their hopeful expectation was that Jesus would return to take over the world. Later in the week, a Muslim Iman announced he expected the 12th Iman to return soon to take over the world.

Currently, in Israel, the President of Israel has tasked the current Prime Minister to form a new government even though the current Prime Minister is under indictment. What is alarming, too me, is that the current Prime Minister promised to annex a large portion of lands belonging to the Palestinian authority which would, without doubt, develop into a third world war where our country\’s military will die and murder innocent Palestinians.

I do not care who or what you worship but you can\’t be a loyal U.S. citizen and support a religious entity determined to destroy the world.

UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION – AMENDMENT 2

Right to Bear Arms

\”A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.\”

The Second Amendment authorizing the citizen to bear arms is even more critical today than when approved by our founders as there are those in our country at the point of tyranny against a free people.

Now having made the above statement, I will clarify. It is my opinion that no weapon will be sold, leased or otherwise transferred to an individual without said individual having a complete background check that includes; if the person is physical or mental fit to own a weapon.

On a personal note, I began my military career carrying a weapon, attending combat infantry courses and other weaponization classes; however, from my tours of duties as a ground combat controller, Command Post Supervisor and keep abreast of current affairs, I should not be allowed to own a weapon nor would I ever seek to own a weapon. I am not mentally stable enough to handle a weapon.

Besides the extensive background checks, a weapon owner must attend proper schooling on the handling, maintenance, and storing of the weapons. Also, the weapon must be registered with the state and a fired cartridge filed for record.

Regarding weapons of wars and their support devices requires two actions. First, states and/ or counties will construct armories, with expanded firing ranges, to maintain the weapons, accessories and expended cartridge files and, equally important, the government will establish order to those registering as if the owners were part of a state militia.

Gun owners will store their weaponry at the armories and, with an appointment, check o􀀄} their weapons for competition or solo practice at the armories\’ firing ranges, plus be members of a future militia.

One may scoff at establishing a new militia but today\’s national guards are a leg of the federal government and are used in deployments throughout the international community. If I were a state governor, I would not have faith in the future federal governments of the United States.

CLOSING COMMENTS

The above is a first draft for a new political party; I will welcome all suggestions. Also, it is my intent, receiving correspondence from Kentucky\’s Secretary of State\’s Office, to be on the ballot for U.S. House of Representatives, KY\’ s 5th U.S. Congressional District in 2020. However, should my health deteriorate to the point of not being able to seek office, I would ask party members, if any, to select an appropriate candidate.

In January 2020, I will purchase a post office box at the London, KY Post Office, 407 41, establish a web site and Facebook Page, and publish a telephone number for the party. I would appreciate anyone\’s assistance and will accept donations.
