At approximately 7:42 p.m., August 24, 2023, former President Donald John Trump became a defendant, under the Laws of the State of Georgia, and, for the first time, was treated like a criminal that he is in that he was forced to have a mug shot taken which the other three or more law enforcement agencies did not accomplish. Hats of to Fulton County District Attorney and the Sheriff of Fulton County, Georgia, the United States.
The reason I am stressing the failure of the federal government and State of New York to treat Donald John Trump as a criminal defendant because he was the former 45th President of the United States. To this end, the Federal Executive Branch (President) of the United States was a second thought by our founders as the Federal Legislative Branch (Congress) would be in session the First Monday in December of each year to conduct new business of the state, approve or disapprove Treaties, approve Cabinet Members and other priority action to assure the security and prosperity of the United States.

The First Monday in December each year didn’t work work for the so-called part time legislators whereas over the following 247 years, in my opinion, the legislative branch became the Democrat and Republican Parties whose goal was to assume power whereas they could dictate the wishes of the owners of the National Bank (1791) and the Federal Reserve (1913). Also, to appease the Rothschild and other foreign investors, the legislators made perks for themselves. In fact, today, the member of Congress, the President, the Supreme Court Justices have more perks and benefits than any Monarch the international community. Sadly, every war, even the war to establish our independence was over money. If we are continue as a Constitutional Republic this November and the future Novembers we must removed the incumbents every election cycle until we have a true United States Citizenry Government.
Digressing. The United Colonies had gone to war to remove the British Monarch and the policies of the British Empire whereas at the defeat of the British, the United Colonies through their legal actions in the international community became the legal, sovereign country (nation) of the United States.
The people of the United States demanded the end of royalty and the payment to clergy and federal support of religion. The United States was a Constitutional Republic with elected representatives to assure the prosperity and security of the United States. She was not a true democracy where the people voted on all bills and other government actions that requiring the issuance of money, etc. but a Constitutional Republic that depended on the personal integrity of the elected official who could be replaced through impeachment or other judicial modes. Equally important, a provision, the First Amendment of the US Constitution, to appease, the Quakers and other religious terrorist/traitors, guaranteed the right to worship your big toe or any other entity and individual or group chose. However, the First Amendment does not give one the guaranteed right to support an entity or entities (Gods of Abraham) whose state goal is to destroy all governments and ascend to the dominant control of the world whereas physically forcing their policies and governance on the international community.
Sadly, in my opinion, when the Continental Congress charged certain individuals, groups, etc., to write our Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, and Constitution, the religious community began their demand to change to the United States to a Theocracy. To this end, a Quaker representative from Delaware added the words “of America” to the United States whereas, I suspect, the dominant religious representatives allowed the words to continue as part of their plan to assume clergy control of the United States. Worse, in the 1950s, the religious changed forced the government to change our motto from “Out of Many, One” to “In God We Trust.”
The drafters of the Declaration of Independence wrote the word “Creator” instead of God for they knew NO GODS OF ABRAHAM or any other Gods existed. Human kind and other life forms on the planet Earth evolved, NO ADAM & EVE, NO NOAH’S FLOOD OR ARK, NO TOWER OF BABEL relocation.
As not the Constitution was written by individuals, like today, sought/seek to make the United States a Theocracy. Moreover, the United States Government since the traitor former President Harry S. Truman recognized the Hebrew aka Jewish aka Israeli occupation of Palestine as the future state of Israel plus in 1949 Truman’s control over the United Nations; the State of Israel became a reality for the first time in world history. Unfortunately, Palestine has not been granted the promised statehood along side Israel because of previous and the current President Joseph R. Biden Administration. For me, Biden is traitor to the United States whereas I sued him in Federal Court. However, the Federal District Court and Federal Appeals Court ruled the Court had no say actions against the Federal Executive and Legislative Branch. Alas, the sovereign state of Georgia has brought charges against the criminal Donald John Trump.
Sorry, on November 7, 2023, Kentuckians will elect a new Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, and other other state officials. Sadly, the majority of the current Kentucky leadership support the religions community’s demand to become a theocracy.
The Attorney General, the senior law enforcement officer of the state, is endorsed by a criminal defendant and too many of the religious community known as Jesus or the Messiah – Donald John Trump.
I have no faith in the current Secretary of State or the possible new Secretary of State to which I suggest the Commonwealth of Kentucky proceed through Kentucky’s Supreme Court the United States Supreme Court whether the Fourteen Amendment of the US Constitution prevents a criminal defendant, Donald John Trump, from being a candidate for the US President on Kentucky’s 2024 National Election Ballot for President of the United States.
I respect the current Governor and hopefully he will be relocated however I have seen political advertisements where it was announced a number of his grandfather and father were members of the clergy. To this end, I hope the governor does not adhere to the belief there is a GOD OF ABRAHAM.
For the first seventeen years of my life, I was raised in the church with the teachings God directed the murder of Palestinians and the occupation of their lands however, I learned from six plus years working in the Middle East the teachings were all lies. The Palestinian and other Arab ethnic groups are the true owners of Palestine. The Hebrews aka Jews aka Israelis are parasites and just as criminal as Donald John Trump.
